The Viessmann Customer Journey at the ISH 2017 takes the perspective of the craft and shows the opportunities digitalisation offers for the spectrum of customer loyalty.

Planning, design, realisation
Consequently, the customer journey – and thus the entire process of customer relations – becomes a walk-in information graphic. At five medial arrow stations, visitors can go through everyday work steps and experience how digital tools support this process: from automated tender preparation to digital support in planning, installation and new customer business. A language and image world that is close to everyday life and can be quickly grasped translates the topics into medial near and far levels.
Entertaining augmented reality presentations in the centrally located forum complete the innovative format. Viessmann experts present live and concisely the possibilities of networking houses, heating systems and software. Thanks to AR technology, these digital processes, that otherwise take place undetected, can be made visible. To realise this, white models were tracked by cameras, supplemented by text and graphics on a media surface and embedded informatively.
